Returns and Exchanges
All artworks are made-to-order and carefully crafted for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us at hello@quietplaces.co with:
- Photos of the damaged artwork
- Photos of the packaging (including the box or tube, even if it appears undamaged)
This documentation allows us to process replacements quickly and in line with courier guidelines.
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact hello@quietplaces.co to arrange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
