Printing & Framing

Museum-quality prints, made to last.

Every Quiet Places print is produced with the same care we bring to the photographs themselves. We are dedicated to creating prints that do justice to the image, and that are made to last.

Each piece is crafted in partnership with our experienced fine art print house in Australia, using museum-grade processes and materials trusted by galleries and collectors worldwide.

Printing

All artworks are giclée printed on 310gsm Smooth Cotton Rag, a premium fine art paper made from 100% cotton. Its smooth matte surface captures the full tonal depth of each photograph, preserving subtle gradients, detail and texture with accuracy.

We use archival pigment inks for their exceptional colour fidelity and resistance to fading. Combined with the cotton rag base, this ensures each print remains vibrant and true-to-life for decades to come.

Framing

Our frames are individually handcrafted to order using sustainably sourced Tasmanian Oak, available in raw, walnut, white or black finishes.

We use a classic box frame profile with a 20mm wide face, offering a refined and timeless aesthetic that suits both modern and traditional interiors.

For all framed artworks, we use museum-grade Plexiglas® (acrylic glass). It provides crystal-clear visibility and UV protection while being lighter, shatterproof and safer for transport than traditional glass.

Caring for Your Artwork

Our dedication to quality is at the forefront of all we do, and every piece in our collections is crafted to last a lifetime or more with proper care.

To ensure the longevity of your print, avoid touching it as much as possible. When handling the print, wear cotton gloves, or wash and dry your hands thoroughly and hold it on the white edges, avoiding touching the image. If purchasing an unframed print, we recommend having it framed by a professional framer.
